1. What is YTL Platinum Plus?
YTL Platinum Plus is a “World Class Customer Recognition & Rewards” program that offers a host of unique privileges exclusively for members to enjoy world class shopping; fine wining and dining; luxurious hotel and resort accommodation; events and entertainment; the arts and culture, even investments in YTL homes and property.

2. Where can I use YTL Platinum Plus to enjoy its unique privileges?
You can use your YTL Platinum Plus Card in a wide range of YTL establishments from 5-star shopping malls at Starhill Gallery featuring the world’s most prestigious and iconic brands and at Lot 10, multi award winning YTL hotels and resorts to a host of fine restaurants and even YTL homes and property.

3. What are Reward Points?

Reward Points is a programme created exclusively to reward YTL Platinum Plus members with reward points every time they support YTL establishments and other participating world class establishments.

4. How do I earn Reward Points?

Reward Points are awarded to YTL Platinum Plus members. To earn them, please register to be a YTL Platinum Plus member. You will then receive a membership card from us. With your YTL Platinum Plus card, points will be awarded to you based on your spending pattern and in accordance to the rules and regulations

5. How do I check my Reward Points?
Members can either login into the YTL Platinum Plus web page (www.ytlplatinumplus.com) or bring their membership card to swipe at any of the “YTL Platinum Plus Recognition Manager” Stations at the entrance of our servicing outlets.

6. How do I redeem my choice of items/gifts?
a) Members can redeem their gifts only through the YTL Platinum Plus website.
b) Login to www.ytlplatinumplus.com and click on the “Special Rewards for You” button. You will be able to view your Reward Points at the Reward section, where you can choose to redeem a gift that you entitled to.
c) If you are eligible, your Reward Points will be automatically deducted and a notification email will be sent to your email address.
d) If rejected, please resubmit the redemption.

7. Can the gifts/prizes be exchanged for cash?
Gifts/Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

8. Is there a qualifying period
The Reward Points can be used for an extended period, without any time limitations

9. Can I still collect Reward Points if I left my card at home?

The swipe machine at the cashier where your card is swiped to record your points is the only one way for us to input your Reward Points in order to protect your privacy

10. What if I lose my YTL Platinum Plus Card?
You need to contact YTL Platinum Plus Card & call Centre at 03-2782 3888 and we will process and issue you a renewed/replacement card. There will be a renewal fee of RM10 for each replacement card. However, you will not lose out on the Reward Points you have already accumulated.

11. How many days/hours in advance do I need to make a Priority Reservation at a restaurant?
You have to make a reservation at the restaurant 4 hours in advance through our online reservation service.

12. How many days in advance do I need to make a Priority Reservation for a hotel room?
You need to make your hotel room reservation 2 days in advance through our online reservation service.
